Well I’ve been flipping through these online old issues of The Canadian Home Journal, and here in a 1918 edition is a short story by L.M. Montgomery of Anne of Green Gables Fame. As if the florid title was not a dead giveaway.
Say whatever you want about Anne books and movies and etc but if we can’t agree that the scene from the film with Matthew and Anne and the dress is pure magic then I don’t even know who you are.
