My old and dear friend Penelope Smart, current curatorial studies student and all time favorite person, found this marvelous book with her keen eye in a used book store and let me borrow it.  So I scanned the whole thing.  It is an interesting and charming thing, and our gift to you this holiday season is to share its treasures.  Thanks, of course, to Caroline Carver who collected everything in 1975.  Real Canadiana is such a find!
