Sarah McIntyre’s Pictures Mean Business site is a lot of thought to chew on, and provides a roundup of issues facing illustrators these days. A must see for any artist, writer, publisher, media provider, teacher or lover of books and illustration.

As nice as this video is, might I suggest checking out the original that the video is from as well? It’s got a fraction of the views this one with an Adele cover slapped on has got.
oh! I thought the video WAS the original, and the credit was the obvious youtube link. But I did wonder where it was shot that was so wintry, to cover a song so recent! Should always look just a second more.

Did you miss Gorey Cover Comics? They are a favourite I know! But there are only so many Goreys to go around. You’ll be seeing more here before year’s end! And if you are unfamiliar with the man himself, you won’t be disappointed by looking into his work. But I feel like everyone knows his work anyway, that’s like saying, “if you like living, try breathing.”
